On the roadmap
Buildalytic for architects
We build for general contractors and subcontractors today. An operating layer for architecture firms is on the roadmap but not built yet. If that is your world, tell us what you need and we will build it with you.
To be clear about where things stand: there is no architect product to demo today. Buildalytic is live for contractors on certified payroll, accounts payable and receivable, and voice daily reports. We are talking to architecture firms now to decide what to build first, and the waitlist is how you get an early say.
What we are exploring
These are directions, not shipped features. They reflect where the same primitives we already run for contractors could help a design firm.
Construction administration
Reading submittals and RFIs, tracking responses, and flagging what is overdue during the CA phase.
Pay application review
Checking a contractor G702 and G703 against the schedule of values before the architect certifies payment.
Spec and drawing search
Answering questions across a project manual and drawing set instead of hunting through PDFs by hand.
Bid leveling
Normalizing subcontractor bids into a comparable scope so an owner can see what each number actually covers.
Knowledge base
A firm-wide answer layer over past projects, standard details, and office standards that new staff can query.
Voice field notes
Site-visit observations captured by voice on the walk and turned into a structured field report.
What you can use today
While the architect product takes shape, the contractor platform is live and the free tools are open to everyone. If you work alongside GCs and subs, these are the parts of Buildalytic that exist right now.
Help shape the architect product
Join the waitlist and we will reach out as the architecture roadmap firms up. If you would rather talk now, book a call and tell us what would actually help your firm.
