Where we are hiring

Which teams are hiring? Four teams, one shared record.

Everyone works close to customers. Most people move between teams as the work needs it.

01

Engineering

Voice AI on live phone calls, texting and email at scale, the phone system, connectors to Procore and Vista, and private deployments.

02

Product

Turn what superintendents, PMs and office teams say into workflows that run on a company number without an app.

03

Design

Make an AI teammate feel clear and trustworthy on a call, in a text thread, in project channels and in the office browser workspace.

04

Go to market

Run evaluations on real projects, support customers, write the pages buyers and AI engines read, and grow Platform for the trades.

The work

A superintendent calls from a loud jobsite in Spanish. Brody has to get every word, and the report has to be right.

The problems here are hard and real. Speech in wind and machinery noise. Hundreds of outbound calls at once under strict consent rules. A phone system that cannot go down. Records that must match what was said.

  • Real time voice AI on the public phone network
  • Telecom rules for disclosure, recording, texting and 911
  • Every language a crew speaks
  • Benchmarks and environments at Buildalytic Labs

FAQ

Careers questions

Something else? Ask the team

Is Buildalytic hiring?

Yes. We are hiring across engineering, product, design and go to market. We do not post a fixed list of openings, so tell us what you want to build and where you can help most.

How do I apply?

Send a short note and your resume or portfolio through the contact page or by email. Tell us one hard problem you have solved and why construction interests you. We read every message.

Do I need construction experience?

No, but you need to care about the people who build. We spend time with superintendents, foremen, PMs and office teams, and the best work here comes from listening to them.

What will I work on?

Brody, the AI teammate that calls, texts and emails for construction companies, the phone system underneath him, the shared record of jobs and people, and Buildalytic Labs. Most people work across more than one of these.

Can superintendents and tradespeople work with Buildalytic without joining full time?

Yes. Buildalytic Labs runs a paid expert network where field experts write tasks and grade AI output. Register your interest on the Labs page.
