Every language

English, Spanish, Portuguese, Vietnamese and more. Brody talks with every crew in their own language.

Brody by Buildalytic calls and texts every worker, foreman, sub and supplier in the language they prefer, then writes the record in your company language. Customers who call the company line are answered in their language too.

English and Spanish are fully tested. Other languages are tested with your own crews before they go live.

Tested means tested. A language goes on the list after it passes on real jobsite audio, not before.

One notice, many languages

The same crew notice. What does one crew notice look like in each language?

Brody sends the same site, start time and where to meet to each worker in the language on their card. Turn the globe to see tomorrow's notice the way crews in each language read it.

Per person

One crew notice goes out. Each worker reads it in the language they actually use.

A single job can run in four or five languages across crews, subs, suppliers and owners. Supers should not have to translate the gate code at 5 AM. Brody stores each person's language on their card and uses it for every call and text, whether it is a crew dispatch, a safety reminder or a question about tomorrow's pour.

Replies come back the same way. A foreman answers in Portuguese, and the PM sees the answer in English with the original beside it.

Records in your language

Their language on the phone. What language are the records written in?

Records, reports, summaries and tasks are written in your company language, so the office reads one language. The original words are always kept next to the translation.

How we test

Jobsites are loud. How do you know Brody understands my crews?

Every tested language is checked on real jobsite audio, with accents, mixed languages, wind, machinery and speakerphone. Brody reads back names, quantities and dates before they reach your records.

01Accents and mixed speech

Regional accents in every language, including English, and workers who switch languages in one sentence are part of the test set.

02Noise

Wind, machinery, traffic and speakerphone calls from a truck, because that is where daily reports happen.

03Names, quantities and dates

Sub names, headcounts, yards of concrete and inspection dates are where mistakes cost money, so Brody reads them back.

04Your own recordings

For a tier 2 language, we test with recordings from your own crews, with consent, before it goes live on your jobs.

05Human fallback

If Brody is unsure, he asks again or routes the message to a person instead of guessing into your records.

FAQ

Questions people ask

Something else? Ask the team

Which languages does Brody speak?

English and Spanish are fully tested on real construction audio. Portuguese, Vietnamese, Polish, Tagalog, Mandarin, Arabic, Russian and others are tested on demand with that customer’s recordings first. Other languages our speech provider supports are labeled untested and come with a human fallback.

Can a foreman reply in their own language and the office read it in ours?

Yes. A foreman texts or talks in Portuguese, Vietnamese, Spanish or English, and the PM and office read the reply in the company language in the record, the daily report and the job channel. The original words stay attached, so anyone can check what was actually said.

Does Brody understand jobsite words and accents?

Yes. Testing uses real construction audio, with regional accents, trade terms, crews who switch languages mid sentence, wind and machinery. That applies to English too. Brody reads back names, headcounts, quantities and dates, and asks again when he is unsure. Anything still unclear goes to a person instead of into your records.

Are safety messages translated?

Yes. Safety reminders, toolbox talk notices and stop work alerts go to each person in the language on their card, like every other call and text. Brody delivers each message and logs it on the job. Formal safety training should still use your own reviewed materials.

Can customers call Brody in their own language?

Yes. Brody answers callers in the language they speak and switches if they change language mid call. English and Spanish are fully tested, and other languages follow the tested list, with a person as the fallback when Brody is unsure.

Is the original message kept with the translation?

Yes. Records, reports and summaries are written in your company language so the office reads one language. The original words are always stored next to the translation, on the record and in the conversation history.

How does Brody know which language to use?

Each person’s card stores their preferred language. Brody calls and texts them in that language every time, and switches if they reply in another one. Workers can change their preference by text at any time.

Does every language cost extra?

No. Tested languages are included in the Platform. Calls, messages and AI work use the same company pools. We confirm support for your workflow before activation.
