Enterprise

Enterprise AI for large contractors. One system for every office, project and worker.

The full Platform runs in Buildalytic managed cloud. Enterprise scopes additional organizational requirements, with private or dedicated environments, customer-cloud or customer-server components and model projects quoted separately. Agree the full carrier, speech, model, storage, backup and support data paths before rollout.

The written agreement identifies included services, separate deployment and compute charges, and each party’s operating responsibilities.

What Enterprise covers

What changes at enterprise scale? Who you reach, and where it runs.

Enterprise can scope workforce outreach and company communications across business units. Private deployment, local AI, model post-training and dedicated compute are separate architectural and commercial decisions, not automatic features of a standard plan.

01

Workforce outreach at scale

Call and text thousands of craft workers to confirm skills, certifications, regions and languages or answer a workforce survey, with follow up for anyone who does not answer.

02

Site assignments

Tell every worker which site to report to, when and what to bring, in their language, and see who confirmed.

03

New hire onboarding calls

Each new hire gets a call that fills in their workforce profile on day one and answers first week questions.

04

Yearly refresh and expiry recalls

Brody reaches every worker on a schedule you set and calls before a certification lapses.

05

Whole company phone system

Replace the phone system across offices and business units with extensions, ring groups, project channels and meetings.

06

Private cloud, local AI and private models

The standard Platform are hosted. Dedicated environments, agreed local AI components and authorized post-training are separately scoped Enterprise work with approved charges and data paths.

Workforce outreach

Keeping thousands of worker records current is usually done by hand, one call at a time. Brody does it all year, in every worker's language.

Import the roster from your HR system or a spreadsheet. Brody calls and texts each worker to confirm who they are, their trades, certifications, regions and languages, and the best number to reach them. Every answer updates the workforce profile with its source and date.

Workforce dispatch

Every worker told where to report.

Brody reads assignments from your schedule or a spreadsheet and texts each worker the site, address, start time, gate and what to bring. He calls anyone who prefers a call and follows up with anyone silent.

  • Hands off for thousands of people
  • Quiet hours in each worker’s time zone
  • Confirmed, declined and no answer sent to each super

Phone system

One phone system across every office.

Replace the company phone system for every business unit. Office users get extensions, calls on existing phones, browser workspace access, internal calling, project channels and meetings on the same system that handles crews and subs.

  • Office phone access is included in each paid operating user. There is no separate office-seat surcharge. Each user contributes to the company calling pools.
  • Main numbers move only after a test on your real setup passes
  • Emergency calling with dispatchable locations

Private models

A model trained on how your company works.

A separately authorized private-model project uses permitted, reviewed examples for an agreed task. Define evaluation criteria, data exclusions, serving capacity and retraining scope before work starts.

  • Separate approved Enterprise training and compute quote
  • Weight ownership and licenses agreed in writing
  • Agreed model location with external data paths reviewed

Expiry recalls

Who is certified, free next week and close to the job? Brody keeps the answer current.

Brody fills each workforce profile with a new hire onboarding call on day one, then checks for changes and follows up before an expiring certificate or a required refresher is due.

How workforce profiles work

Controls

How do IT and security stay in control? Rules, approvals and a full record.

Your team sets what Brody can do alone and what needs approval, his answers follow each user's permissions, and every action is logged. Your data stays yours in every deployment mode.

Approvals and permissions

Decide what Brody can do on his own and what needs a person to approve. Knowledge base answers respect each user’s permissions in your connected systems.

Audit trail

Every call, text, email and record change Brody makes is logged with who asked, what was said and what changed.

Business units and regions

Separate numbers, rules, rosters and connectors for each business unit or region, with one view across the company.

Data residency

Buildalytic serves companies worldwide. Managed cloud data is hosted in the United States. Agree any required region or private deployment with your IT team. A separately approved Enterprise scope can place agreed chatbot models, embeddings and document-index components in your environment. Voice and messaging data paths are reviewed separately.

Calling and texting compliance

AI disclosure, recording notices and consent, sender registration, opt outs and calling permissions are configured for the applicable jurisdictions and agreed use cases.

Security review

We send a security pack before the first meeting and work through your security and procurement questions as part of the evaluation.

FAQ

What do large contractors ask about Brody Enterprise?

Something else? Ask the team

How is enterprise pricing set?

One full Platform plan at $99 per operating user per month, or $89 per user per month billed annually. Start with one paid user. Standard setup is free. Enterprise is the same platform with agreed organizational, support, capacity or deployment requirements. Ordinary onboarding has no setup fee. Additional engineering, substantial migration, private deployment and private-model projects are optional and separately quoted. Company headcount alone does not require an upgrade.

How does Brody support many offices and divisions?

Each business unit or region can have its own numbers, rules, rosters and connectors, with one view across the company. Office users get one phone system across every office, and Brody knows which projects, crews and subs belong to which division.

Can Brody really call thousands of craft workers?

Yes. Brody runs outreach waves across your whole roster by call and text, in each worker’s language, with no clicking per batch. He confirms identity, trades, certifications, regions, languages and the best phone number, respects quiet hours in each time zone and updates your HR system by employee ID.

Can we control what Brody can say and do by role?

Yes. You decide what Brody can do on his own and what needs a person to approve, and his answers respect each user’s permissions in your connected systems. Every call opens with an AI disclosure, anyone can ask for a person and be transferred, and every call, text, email and record change is logged with who asked and what changed.

Can our data and AI stay inside our environment?

The standard Platform use Buildalytic’s hosted cloud. A separately approved Enterprise agreement can scope a dedicated environment, customer-controlled cloud or local chatbot models, embeddings and document index. Hosting, customer-provided hardware, GPU serving and inference, training, speech, carriers, support and operating responsibilities must be quoted and agreed in writing. The full phone service does not run offline, and private deployment does not by itself guarantee regional residency.

Are private model options available?

Yes, under a separately approved Enterprise training and compute scope. Your company authorizes the permitted dataset, exclusions, providers, evaluation and serving environment before training starts. The agreement defines weight ownership, base-model licenses, retention, reporting and costs. Calls and corrections do not automatically become training data.

What security and compliance documents are available?

We provide the security pack and review your procurement requirements during scoping. The review identifies applicable jurisdictions, recording notices and consent, sender registration, calling permissions and emergency-calling support for the agreed countries. Your data is never sold or used to train models for other companies. Any data-residency or provider commitment must be written into the deployment agreement.

What does an enterprise rollout look like?

Enterprise is the same platform with agreed organizational, support, capacity or deployment requirements. Ordinary onboarding has no setup fee. Additional engineering, substantial migration, private deployment and private-model projects are optional and separately quoted. Company headcount alone does not require an upgrade.
