Paid users manage inboxes, workflows, campaigns, company knowledge or an office extension. Crews, subs and customers can reply, share reports and photos, and review assigned items free. Their activity uses company pools. A billing admin approves new paid access.
Your company number, standard messaging registration, roster import and released connector setup. Two 45-minute sessions help you configure your first two supported workflows.
Yes. Configure supported actions, fields, schedules and approvals without a build fee. New connectors or capabilities, substantial migrations and private deployments need a separate scope and quote that you approve first.
Approve a usage budget before activation. We agree what pauses at the limit and test the human or voicemail fallback for inbound calls. Unapproved overages are not charged.
$89 per operating user per month, billed $1,068 per user annually. Allowances reset monthly. Additional usage is billed monthly. Added users and allowances are prorated. Monthly seat reductions apply at the next renewal. Annual quantities can be reduced at annual renewal. You can replace a user without a second seat charge. Cancel renewal at any time. Your agreement governs the paid term and refunds.
Try one supported workflow free for 14 days after it is ready. The company evaluation includes up to five operators, 100 AI minutes, 500 messaging units, 100 human US minutes and 500 standard AI work items. There is no automatic paid conversion.
One company number is included. Additional supported local numbers cost $10 per month each. Published calling rates cover supported US routes. International calling and other routes require an approved quote before activation. Taxes are extra.
Use the same Platform with an agreed scope for governance, support or deployment. Standard onboarding is free. Private infrastructure, model training and additional engineering are separately quoted. Headcount alone does not require an upgrade.
