Deploy anywhere
Deploy AI at your construction company. Start hosted. Scope private deployment with your team.
The standard Platform run in Buildalytic’s hosted cloud. Enterprise private, dedicated, customer-cloud or customer-server deployments need a separate agreement and approved charges. Review the full data path with your IT team, including carriers, speech, model processing, connected systems, storage, logs and backups.
Private deployment changes only the components agreed in writing. Your data is never sold or used to train models for other companies.

A hosted service with separately scoped deployment options. Agree the architecture, operating owner and approved charges before changing where a component runs.
Sheet 01, the modes
Cloud, private cloud or local. Which deployment is right for us?
The standard service is hosted by Buildalytic under your plan’s published scope. Enterprise can separately scope a dedicated environment or local chatbot and document components. A deployment review establishes feasibility, capacity, external services and any required region before you agree a quote.
The standard application runs in Buildalytic’s hosted cloud in United States regions, with the service providers described in your data-path review.
- For most customers
- Daily backups
- Same number, workflows and records
A separately scoped dedicated environment or customer-controlled cloud. Confirm isolation, region, key management, providers and operating responsibilities in writing.
- Architecture agreed with IT
- Hosting and compute quoted separately
- No implied regional residency
Only the agreed chatbot models, embeddings and document index run on customer-provided servers. Hardware, GPU capacity and support are part of the approved scope.
- Local chatbot and document search
- Agreed storage and processing boundaries
- Voice and messaging paths reviewed separately
Forward deployed
An engineer from our team, working with yours. How does Brody get set up at your company?
A forward deployed engineer from Buildalytic moves your company number, registers business texting, connects your systems and loads your knowledge base. Brody then runs one workflow on one real project for a 14 day evaluation on a new or forwarded number, before your main line moves, with the same engineer tuning it alongside your team.
Your company number
Forward your existing number or add a Brody number with branded caller ID. Your main line ports over only after a full test on your setup.
Texting registration
Your team confirms sender registration for the applicable countries, including A2P 10DLC where required for US local-number texting, plus opt-out handling.
Systems and knowledge base
An admin connects Procore, Vista, SharePoint or OneDrive and picks the projects. Specs, forms and FAQs load into the knowledge base.
Workflows and training
Two workflows are configured, such as daily reports by phone or crew confirmations, and your office team is trained. Field workers need nothing new.

Plain answers
Local AI brings document search and chatbot processing onto your servers. It cannot keep a phone call off the phone network, and we will never pretend it can.
Local document search and chatbot inference run on hardware you own. Calls and texts still use carriers, and speech or voice AI may use external providers. Your deployment plan documents where each type of data is processed and stored.
Your written deployment plan identifies each component’s location, providers, access and retention. Private-model training requires separate authorization and an agreed dataset.
What runs where
Layer by layer. What stays in house with local AI?
Local AI runs the chatbot models, embeddings and document index on your servers. Carrier, speech, voice AI, messaging and connector services can still process data externally. Agree the path for audio, transcripts, records, logs and backups before deployment.
| Part | Cloud | Private cloud | Local AI |
|---|---|---|---|
| Documents and document index | Buildalytic cloud | As agreed for the dedicated environment | Agreed local components on your servers |
| AI chatbot and knowledge base models | Buildalytic cloud | Approved model-serving scope | Agreed local components on your servers |
| Records, tasks and history | Buildalytic cloud | As agreed for the dedicated environment | Location agreed in your deployment plan |
| Calls, speech and messaging | Carrier and service providers | Carrier and agreed service providers | External unless explicitly replaced in the deployment plan |
| Price | Included | Separate approved Enterprise quote | Separate approved Enterprise quote |
Agree what moves and what stays external. Validate numbers, workflows, records and approvals for the agreed architecture before migration.
Private modelsYour data
Yours in every mode. What controls do we get over our data?
You own your data in every mode. You set recording retention, answers follow each user's permissions, and your records can be exported any time.
01Ownership
Your calls, texts, documents and records belong to you. They are never sold and never used to train models for other companies.
02Data residency
Buildalytic serves construction teams worldwide. Managed cloud customer data is hosted in the United States. Confirm any required hosting region or private deployment in your agreement. Worldwide service does not imply local data residency.
03Recording retention
Recording retention, notices and consent steps are configured for the applicable jurisdictions and agreed deployment. Transcripts, reports, provider copies and backups have separate retention requirements.
04Permissions
Answers respect each user’s access, so a foreman only gets what a foreman should see from your documents and systems.
05Export
Your records can be exported any time, in every deployment mode.
Never sold
Customer data is not sold to anyone, in any mode.
Never shared training
Your data never trains models for other companies.
Encrypted
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Audit trail
Every action Brody takes is logged on the job.
Private models
Your own model, in any mode. Can we run a model trained on our own work?
Private-model post-training is a separately authorized Enterprise project. Agree the permitted dataset, evaluation criteria, model licenses, weight ownership, serving location and training or inference compute charges before work starts. A local model does not move carrier, speech or messaging services onto your servers.
The facts
Deploying Brody. What are the options, and what do they cost?
No setup fee. Standard onboarding includes your company number, normal messaging registration, a standard roster import, released connector setup and two 45-minute assisted sessions for your first two supported workflows.

| Phone calls | Calls and texts travel over the public phone network through the carrier in every mode. |
| Data use | Never sold and never used to train models for other companies. |
| How to start | Start with the hosted Platform evaluation. Any private deployment or local-component migration follows a separate architecture review and approved Enterprise quote. |
How long does it take to get Brody running?
Try one supported workflow free for 14 days after it is ready. The company evaluation includes up to five operators, 100 AI minutes, 500 messaging units, 100 human US minutes and 500 standard AI work items. There is no automatic paid conversion. No setup fee. Standard onboarding includes your company number, normal messaging registration, a standard roster import, released connector setup and two 45-minute assisted sessions for your first two supported workflows.
Can we port our existing company number?
Yes, you keep your number. You can start by forwarding it to Brody or adding a Brody number for one workflow. The main line moves only after a test on your real setup shows calling, routing, texting, emergency calling and fallback all work, with migration scope confirmed before activation.
What is texting registration and who handles it?
Texting requirements vary by country. US local business numbers use A2P 10DLC registration. Our team confirms the required sender registration and messaging routes for every region during setup, before production texting starts. Opt outs are honored across your messaging workflow.
Which systems do we connect first?
Connect the system where your evaluation’s work lands. Procore for daily logs and photos, Trimble Viewpoint Vista for COI status and worker records, and SharePoint or OneDrive for the documents Brody answers from. Brody also works with no integration, sending reports by email.
Can we start with one project or one office?
Yes. Start with a 14 day evaluation on one real project with one workflow, such as daily reports by phone, bid coverage or crew confirmations. You add projects, offices and workflows when you are ready, on the same company number and records.
Who on our team needs to be involved?
Plan on an owner or operations lead to set company rules and approvals, an admin who can authorize each connected system, and the supers or PMs on the evaluation project. Your IT team joins for private cloud or local AI. Field workers need nothing new, because they use calls and texts.
What is the private cloud option?
The standard Platform use Buildalytic’s hosted cloud. A dedicated environment, private cloud or customer-controlled cloud is an Enterprise deployment under a separate agreement and approved quote. Hosting, region, access, key management, model serving, support and operating responsibilities must be agreed before rollout.
What does local AI on our servers mean?
Local AI covers the agreed chatbot models, embeddings and document index on customer-provided servers. It is separately scoped and quoted through Enterprise. Calls, speech processing, voice AI, messaging and connected systems can still use external providers. The written deployment plan covers hardware, GPU capacity, model serving and inference, storage, logs, backups, support and each external data path. The whole phone service does not run offline.
