How we prepare the field notes, and how to read them.
Who writes these guides
The field notes are published by Buildalytic’s editorial team with AI assistance. Buildalytic sells construction communications software, so our guides reflect a vendor’s perspective. We name that relationship and link to the relevant product page rather than presenting a comparison as independent testing.
What a source supports
We use official product documentation for product behavior and primary sources for technical or regulatory statements. Public practitioner discussions help identify questions worth answering. An individual post is an anecdote, not a representative survey or proof of an industry-wide statistic.
A source link supports the statement identified in the guide. Our proposed workflows, checklists and worked examples are editorial recommendations; they are not certifications from the linked organization. Confirm current provider documentation and your own project requirements before acting.
Examples and images
Worked examples, sample messages, names and product scenes are illustrative unless explicitly identified otherwise. They do not demonstrate customer results. AI-generated editorial images are labeled in their captions. We do not use them as evidence of a real job, customer or measured outcome.
Dates, pricing and corrections
Publication and update dates refer to the content, not an automatic build timestamp. Plan prices and capabilities can change. Use the current pricing page and confirm the scope during a demo. We update a guide when its substance changes; adding a new year to a title is not a substitute for checking it.
To flag an error, contact Buildalytic with the guide URL, the statement and a supporting source. We assess corrections against the underlying evidence.
Limits of a workflow guide
These guides organize communication and review. They do not replace a project’s contracts, qualified technical judgement, insurance review or safety procedures. Approval and access boundaries should be set by the people responsible for your operation.
